Social listening involves monitoring social media platforms (X/Twitter, Bluesky) for mentions and posts from tracked accounts (Floyd Marinescu, UBI Works, Common Wealth Canada). The goal is to detect entities, decisions, and action items, and to identify ‘qualifying comments’ based on follower count (>2,000) or bio keywords (professor, journalist, politician). Qualifying comments are to be posted as new standalone messages to Slack channel CKQ1SBYLQ directly.
