Naming convention

YYYY-MM-DD-meeting-topic.md (e.g., 2026-04-10-ubi-works-weekly.md)

Key mapping

• “UBI” in Zoom participant names = Liam Wilkinson
• Other names are self-explanatory (Ken Yang, Floyd Marinescu, etc.)

What does NOT go here

• 1:1 conversation notes (those go in the relevant person’s page)
• External meeting notes (conferences, etc.) — those go in events/
