  3. 25 import checkpoint errors persistent across runs. Same set as 2026-06-05.
  4. Effective-date health (warn): 7 pages still fall back to updated_at; 1 pre-1990 date in last 1,000-page sample. gbrain-hugh reindex-frontmatter recommended.
