Hugh Heartbeat Integration

Hugh’s heartbeat polls Gmail every cycle for unread Formspree notifications, parses the submission fields (name, email, message/suggestion), and posts a new message to Slack #progress-org (C030BN89X1R) with the parsed content. Deduplication is tracked in /Users/OpenClaw/.openclaw/workspaces/hugh/formspree-processed.json keyed by Gmail message ID — already-processed IDs are never re-alerted.
